Can I increase or decrease the number of Hot Transfers delivered to my organization?
Yes. We can increase or decrease the number of Hot Transfers you receive within 24 hours.

Are Hot Transfers exclusive?
Hot Transfers are exclusive to your organization. The consumers associated with the transfers that you receive will not be transferred by DoublePositive to any other sales professional.

Are the conversations between the Call Center Agents and the consumers recorded?
Yes. All conversations between consumers and the Call Center Agents are recorded and are available for your review within 24-hours of the transfer by logging into the admin section of your user account.

Can I have the inbound Hot Transfers routed to a receptionist first, and then re-directed to a sales professional?
Yes. However, getting the consumer off hold and speaking with a live sales professional as quickly as possible is a key to the effectiveness of our Hot Transfers program. Thus, this approach must be well-coordinated, well-managed, and efficiently executed. We require that the consumber be connected with a sales professional within 30 seconds of the initial contact with the receptionist.

Can we access the consumer's data at the time of transfer?
Yes. Your sales professionals will be able to pull up the data associated with each consumer by entering the consumer's 10-digit phone number into the application found at transfers.doublepositive.com (the consumer's phone number will be provided to the sales professional by the transferring Call Center Agent at the time of the transfer). Custom data-transfer solutions are available for clients with custom lead management system requirements.

How much does it cost?
LIVE Hot Transfer prices are market-driven and vary depending on industry, geographic region, and order criteria. There is no minimum order or long-term commitment required.

Are LIVE Hot Transfer right for me or my organization?

Who pays for the long distance charges associated with each party (call center, consumer, and sales organization)?
You are NOT responsible for any long distance charges since all LIVE Hot Transfers are initiated by the DoublePositive call center.
