Homeowners with adjustable rate mortgages (1st liens) that are schedule to reset within the next 90-days are contacted by phone and offered the opportunity to receive a free rate and payment quote on a refinance option into a fixed rate. Borrowers who agree are transferred live by phone. - PositiveExpress Trigger (coming soon) – $39 per Transfer
Consumers that have their credit pulled by a mortgage financing institution are contacted by phone and offered the opportunity to receive a free competitive rate and payment quote. The credit pull “trigger” presumes the borrower is “in the market” for mortgage financing and this programs allows the consumer to consider another option. Borrowers who agree to receive a free rate and payment quote are transferred live by phone. - DOUBLEconfirm™ Programs
