DOUBLE LAYER - This is the most critical
distinction between our program and the vast majority of transfers
offered by other providers. Our DOUBLEconfirm™ process does not attempt to CREATE interest with the borrower, but rather
CONFIRM the interest with the already-interested borrower*, in
addition to adding a secondary layer of qualification/screening
of the borrower's information (filtering out mobile homes, for
example). LIVE Hot Transfer Mortgage Leads that have passed through
our DOUBLEconfirm™ process result in more interested
borrowers, higher productivity from mortgage originators, and an
overall more efficient system for generating new business.
*The borrower has previously expressed interest in a mortgage
via an Internet form submission or via a previous discussion
with a telemarketing rep.

SINGLE LAYER - Some traditional telemarketing
companies will offer to transfer live borrowers into your organization
instead of capturing the data in "lead" form and sending
it or FAXing it to you. Their reps are calling on COLD lists and
trying to CREATE the interest with the borrower. Moreover, the
call reps are typically incentive-ized for volume. These two facts
typically result in under-qualified, un-interested, and/or confused
borrowers being transferred into your organization. Thus, this
approach tends to be an ineffective process.

| Filters |
Our standard filters include:
- States
(Your selection of states where the transferred borrower's
property is located
- Homeowners (no non-homeowners or renters)
- Property Type (no
mobile homes)
- Property Value (no property values less than
$100,000)
Our optional filters include:
- Borrower's self-assessed credit
(Excellent, Good, Fair, and Poor)
- Current LTV (Less than or
equal to 85%)
- Loan Type/Purpose (Purchase, Refinance, Second
Mortgage, Debt Consol., etc.
There is no charge for applying
optional filters. However, filters that are too tight may limit
the volume of
leads available and
thus the ultimate number of transfers delivered.

Many other providers do not offer or
allow filters on their transfers, hiding behind the notion of "when
you run an ad in the newspaper or phonebook, you can't filter out
who calls." Without filters in place to customize the criteria
of your transfers, many transfers are quite frankly worthless and
ultimately decrease the cost-effectiveness of the program.

| Live Voice Introduction |
When the borrower has been DOUBLEconfirm™,
the Call Center rep puts the borrower on hold and dials your organization's
phone number. When the Call Center rep has a transfer-receiving
mortgage originator on the line, the rep then takes the borrower
off hold, introduces him/her to the mortgage originator and then
disconnects from the call when sure the transfer is complete so
that the sales process can continue.

Many providers will merely put their
borrowers into a "hold queue" and then transfer the call
to the mortgage originators without a live human introduction.
This "cold" transfer typically results in a higher ratio
of confused and/or non-interested borrowers being transferred.
The disputing of disconnected transfers also becomes an issue.

| Reporting/Tracking for Managers |
At the time of the transfer, the Call
Center rep provides the borrower's 10-digit phone number to the
transfer-receiving mortgage originator. The mortgage originator
enters the phone number into our password-protected client extranet
at clients.doublepositive.com to view the data associated with
the borrower. This data is from either the borrower's initial Internet
form inquiry or the data they initially provided a telemarketer.
It facilitates a more meaningful sales conversation between the
borrower and the mortgage originator.

Many transfer providers do NOT provide
the data associated with the borrower at the same time the transfer
occurs. This typically results in frustrated borrowers who are
annoyed by the need to provide the same information to the mortgage
originator all over again.

| Reporting/Tracking for Managers |
The managers and administrators of our
program have full web-based access to real-time reporting and tracking
of their campaigns. The reporting can display which mortgage originator
received which transfers and when. Mortgage originators can select
a customizable disposition for each transfer and even add free-form
notes which can later be reviewed in the reporting. Hyperlinks
to the actual voice recordings of the transfers are also available.

Many transfer service providers offer
little or no reporting or tracking of their program, aside from
a bill with the total number of billable transfers.

Our model allows us to collect a virtually
unlimited number of Internet and/or Telemarketing leads to put
through our DOUBLEconfirm™ process and turn into LIVE Hot Transfers,
thus, our program is completely scalable and limited only by your
internal restrictions and thresholds.

Many transfer service providers struggle
to increase the volume of their transfers to meet their clients
needs based on the model that they are using to find qualified
borrowers in the first place.

LIVE Hot Transfer prices are market-driven and vary
depending on industry, geographic region, and order criteria. There is no
minimum order or long-term commitment required.
