Sean Fenlon
Chief Executive Officer
Sean Fenlon founded DoublePositive
Marketing Group in 2004 after recognizing the tremendous opportunity
that exists at the intersection of data-driven
online marketing and live-human-based call centers. Sean has led the
company to its current position as the industry leader in “live” leads
for sales professionals.
As CEO of DoublePositive, Sean is responsible for the company’s
performance, strategic vision, and the continued development of DoublePositive’s
patented business model and related optimization technologies.
Sean began his career as a mortgage broker, growing his organization
into one of the largest in the region during the mid- to late-90s. In
1999, Sean was the founder and CEO of ListenSmart.com, a business that
helped to shift the music industry paradigm and leverage new opportunities
for independent musicians.
Most recently, Sean was the co-owner of TheLoanPage.com, an Internet
mortgage leads company with a business model very similar to that of
Lending Tree. Under his watch, TheLoanPage.com grew to over $10 million
in sales and over $3 million EBIDTA before being sold to Battery Ventures
at the end of 2003. The transaction represented the first-ever full acquisition
of a company by Battery Ventures.
Sean received his Bachelor’s degree in music from Towson University
and his Masters and Doctorate in Music from The Peabody Institute of
the Johns Hopkins University.

John Delta
Chief Financial Officer
John Delta joined DoublePositive Marketing Group
as CFO in March of 2006. His primary responsibility is driving the
company’s accounting
management, corporate governance and strategic finance initiatives.
He has held senior management positions in Finance, Operations, Marketing,
Business Development and Information Technology. He began his career
working for consulting leaders McKinsey & Company, Deloitte & Touche
and Accenture, focusing on due diligence, risk management, post-merger
integration strategy and information technology engagements.
After working in consulting, he spent 10 years at The NASDAQ Stock Market
where he built the internal consulting group into a 13-person team that
focused on multi-million dollar strategic and operational initiatives.
He spent his final 7 years at NASDAQ as VP and GM of the e-commerce business
unit, where he developed the business plan and built the unit into a
$15M revenue contributor that was strongly cash flow positive. John also
led NASDAQ’s international e-commerce efforts with the launch of
European and Asian sites.
After NASDAQ, John partnered with multi-billion dollar private equity
firm Veronis Suhler Stevenson and bought Media General Financial Services
(MGFS), a Richmond, Va. based leading financial information firm. At
MGFS, John served as COO and CTO and was instrumental in growing the
business from $5M to $51M in revenue over two years. John also led the
merger of MGFS with London Stock Exchange listed Hemscott PLC and the
subsequent purchase of Bigdough Inc. After the merger, he served as EVP
and Global Head of Operations for Hemscott, where he had responsibility
for over 120 employees based in London, Richmond and Bethesda, Md. John
was also instrumental in Hemscott’s acquisition of Corporate Fundamentals
Inc. which led to outsourcing a significant portion of back office operations
to Delhi, India.
John received his BA in Political Science from the University of Virginia
and his MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business.

Syed Zaidi
Chief Technology Officer
Syed Zaidi is CTO of DoublePositive
and has been with the company since its inception. As CTO, Syed is responsible
for developing the company’s
enterprise architecture, business systems, IT standards and policies,
information security, and strategic and technical operations.
Syed began his career as a consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton.
During his consulting tenure Syed designed, developed, and led many high
profile projects in both the public and private sectors. In the past,
his clients have included Accenture, The State of Maryland, The Commonwealth
Fund, Allegis Group, and Microsoft. Syed built an outstanding reputation
as a consultant by focusing on solving business problems through the
pragmatic use of technology.
Most recently, Syed was the Application Development Manager for a 600
employee law firm in Washington, D.C. where he was able to extract over
$1 million in operational efficiencies in his first year.
Syed received his Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from
the University of Maryland and an MBA in Finance and International Business
from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Joey Liner
Executive Vice President of Sales
Joey Liner is Vice President of Sales for DoublePositive
Marketing Group and one of its co-founders. His day-to-day responsibilities
include
sales, customer service and vendor/supplier relations.
Prior to DoublePositive, Joey was the leading sales associate for TheLoanPage.com;
an Internet mortgage leads company with a business model very similar
to that of Lending Tree. Joey started his career in the mortgage leads
space in 2003 at TheLoanPage.com and built up a book of business that
generated $3M in annual sales, representing 30% of the overall sales
of the company.
Prior to TheLoanPage.com, he worked in mutual fund sales at T. Rowe
Price Group Inc. (NASDAQ: TROW) selling to third parties and large financial
institutions. Joey was one of the top performers at the division, which
was the fastest growing business unit of T. Rowe Price.
Joey graduated
from Towson University where he earned his BS in Business with a Concentration
in Management.

Brian S. Ocheltree
Senior Vice President of Business Development
Brian Ocheltree serves as DoublePositive’s Vice President of Business
Development. He is responsible for developing strategic relationships
for the company, and leading DoublePositive's programs in various
industries.
Brian founded his first business, Micropro Consultants, in 1983 while
completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at
the University of Maryland, College Park. In 1988, Micropro Consultants
was acquired by Friedman & Fuller, PC, a public accounting firm in
Rockville, MD.
In 1992 he founded e.magination, a Maryland based application
development firm. As e.magination's CEO, Brian lead the firm to becoming
a Microsoft Gold Certified partner, and a Managed Microsoft Partner in
both the commercial and public sector verticals with a staff of over 110
full time professionals.
Brian sold e.magination in 2004 and later launched PartnerPoint, which
provides portal and community services to Microsoft and its partner
community. PartnerPoint quickly became the largest community of
Microsoft Partners worldwide with over 5,000 active members. The company
was acquired in 2006.
Brian serves as a Board Member or Advisor for several private corporate
entities, and has been a member of two Microsoft Partner Advisory
Councils.
