Inside Sales Account Representative

Profile

  • Demand Side
  • Time Spent on Phone Each Day – Majority
  • Time Spent on Travel – Minimal

Responsibilties

  • Following up with originators that have completed the information request form on the www.DoublePositive.com website (20% 1-2 inquires a day on average)
  • Fielding of live incoming call inquiries from originators (30% 2-3 call-ins per day on average)
  • Serving in a client service capacity (i.e. new account set-up, training, reordering, etc.)
  • Proactive cold calling, prospecting, and cultivating of large clients (50%) Account rep is responsible for preparing, transmitting, and retrieving Service Agreements (Contracts)
  • Account rep is also responsible for initial order setup & ongoing account maintenance
  • Hours are a minimum 10am - 6pm Monday through Friday

Compensation

  • Commission Only with Options potential

Keys of Success

  • Primary key metric for success is incremental revenue and revenue growth generated from the Mortgage vertical
  • Secondary key metric for success will be Customer Satisfaction feedback

Qualifications and Experience

Direct-response Sales and Marketing, preferably with Mortgage industry experience Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 3 years direct experience required Location is Baltimore, MD Position includes full company paid benefits.
