Head of Email Marketing

Responsibilties

  • Work closely with ESP (Email Service Provider) to best utilize technology to manage all email marketing efforts
  • DoublePositive places significant emphasis on all email marketing opportunities to the following constutiencies:
    • Clients (vertical-specific)
    • Prospects (vertical-specific)
    • Consumers (offer-specific)
    • General Corporate Contacts
  • The Head of Email marketing is responsible for centralizing, prioritizing, managing, and optimizing all email campaigns, including those requested from other members of the DoublePositive team.
  • Head of Email Operations is also responsible for corporate email signatures messaging and design in order to fully-maximize this valuable real estate
  • Setup, configure, and optimize appropriate tracking/reporting mechanisms for all email functions

Keys of Success

  • Each constituency described above will have distinct success metrics.  However, horizontal success metrics may cut across all (i.e. increase overall/average deliverability rates by 30%, etc.)
